to your knowledge in performing duties to a high standard.
As a business we invest heavily in training, and as a
consequence our clients receive outstanding service. All
security employees will undergo an annual appraisal with
their line managers. Discussions will include, performance,
ability, attendance and timekeeping. Training objectives
will be set which ensures continuous improvement in all job
skills.

Training)
All Security Officers undergo intensive training and are
monitored and assessed by qualified Basic Job Training
